Day 2: Mindfulness Meditation

On the first day of quarantine, I educated myself on the practices of mindfulness meditation. I had practiced it on several occasions, all of them guided and felt minor benefits such as stress relief and clearing my head.
In his YouTube videos, the narrator defines mindfulness as the practice of increased focus, sensory clarity, and equanimity. The key to mediation would be to practice it consistently about 20 minutes a day to experience all its benefits. Benefits such as emotional mastery, increased productivity, behavioral changes, consciousness, fulfillment, etc. Since then, I have meditated every day and hope to continue in the future.
Also shoutout to Mika Weissenberger for suggesting the idea and supplying me with a free month of the meditation app Headspace.
